Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file should be in Microsoft Word file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Copyright Notice
Material submitted to the EAJ-SAS must be original and not published or submitted for publication elsewhere. That, any author submitting a manuscript infers that the submitted work has not been published earlier (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, or thesis), and that such manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The publications by the EAJ-SAS are open access and freely available to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt, provided the original work and source is appropriately acknowledged and cited. Although publishing with us means allowing the articles to be re-used and re-distributed without restriction, as long as the original work is correctly cited, but the originality of the published work, contents and its authenticity rest solely to be the responsibility of the authors. This means that authors publishing with the EAJ-SAS retain the copyright to their work.
